I have had the pleasure of knowing Kelsey Watts for the past 15 years, and have observed her develop into a mature young lady. During this time, I have known Kelsey as a welcomed guest into my home, a member of the Manteo High School cheer leading squad and Dare County Dance and a valuable member of our community. While having the pleasure of watching her cheer and dance, I have seen her display great character and leadership. Kelsey has a strong work ethic and is an outstanding team player. She has been an intricate success in whatever she pursues. Kelsey also helped develop the youth of our community by being a positive role model while volunteering as a coach for the Dare to Cheer cheer leading squad.
